Made with kelp, anchovy. Clean taste that goes well with meat, seafood & vegetables.


Rich Pork Bone
A premium broth cooked with beef and pork bones for 16 hours for a rich creamy taste.


Golden Shiro Miso
Based on Veggie broth, mixed with high quality Japanese white soy bean paste for a savory taste.


Sukiyaki
Based on Dashi broth, premium soy sauce mixed with black sugar to get sweet, umami taste.


Mala
Based on Bone broth, with spicy and numbing seasoning made from Sichuan peppercorn and chili.
Extra hot


Spicy Yuzu
Based on Dashi, green pepper and hint of citrus that amazingly goes well with any meat and seafood.


Creamy Tomato
Based on Bone broth, homemade tomato paste gives a sweet and tangy flavor.
